At Grand Strategy Consulting, we integrate the MSCEIT² model of perceiving, connecting, understanding, and managing emotions into AI learning. Why? EI is a proven solution for helping leaders and teams manage emotions, reduce stress, and improve performance, collaboration and decision-making.

Our vision is that the hard ability EI approach to emotional intelligence will be recognized globally as an essential skill - just as critical as English and Math. Our target is to provide access to 2000 assessments and train 432 certified practitioners by 2027.
