I had a session on January 4th. On July 1st, I had overachieved my net new and annual target with the attainment of 126%, mainly using emotional intelligence.

The assessment and feedback session gave me a lot to consider about myself — and more specifically, gave me language to distinguish the difference between my personality traits and my emotional intelligence skills. As a facilitator, it’s powerful for me to be able to articulate and harness my unique skills (that are crucial, not at all soft!) in order to leverage more work in this area, and better position myself as a leader in my field.
