It's an objective measure, critical because many people overestimate their EI. We certify MSCEIT Practitioners in classrooms and remotely.
We can schedule a course if we have 4 or more participants. We deliver company and public certification sessions.
Complete our MSCEIT 2 certification training course and become a qualified practitioner in this ability-based emotional intelligence assessment.
Using 12 different interactive question types, this assessment measures your emotional intelligence ability in 4 domains: perceiving, connecting, understanding and managing emotions.
This course will equip you with the skills to use and interpret the MSCEIT 2 reports and provide effective feedback to your clients and colleagues.

Our public MSCEIT 2 certification courses take place online, with a combination of independent learning and live, interactive group sessions.
Program Structure
Complete the MSCEIT 2 assessment online (60 minutes)
Complete the 10 e-learning modules to provide you with an understanding of the MSCEIT 2 model and reports (4 hours)
Receive feedback on your MSCEIT 2 report from one of our consultants via Zoom or telephone (60 minutes)
Attend the 2-day (4 hour days) online live course to gain a deeper understanding of the MSCEIT 2, interpretation and feedback through practical exercises and discussions.
Complete the online MSCEIT 2 post-course exam
What you will receive:
Upon successful completion of the MSCEIT 2 exam, you will be certified to administer and interpret the MSCEIT 2. Qualified practitioners are provided with an online account for the MHS testing portal to administer the assessments and generate reports. You then only pay for the MSCEIT 2 reports when they are generated.
MSCEIT 2 Training for Groups
If you have a group of people within your organization who would like to become qualified in the MSCEIT 2, we will be pleased to deliver an in-house certification course, either online or at your organization's site.
