Weekly AI Learning Circle

Working with you to create your Grand Strategy for the future of work.

We’re entering a period of fast change—new tools, new workflows, new expectations. This page will be updated with the essentials to help you learn the fundamentals about the new world of AI so you can adapt with clarity and calm.

Our recommendations pair AI literacy with nervous-system literacy (Polyvagal Theory) and emotional-intelligence ability (MSCEIT2) so you can learn faster, lead steadier, and make better decisions under pressure with an understanding of how your nervous system and your focus on wellbeing can support your ability to perform and adapt.

Why this mix works

  • AI: know what today’s systems can and can’t do, so you use them ethically and productively.

  • Polyvagal Theory: recognize stress responses and return to a state where learning and collaboration are possible.

  • MSCEIT2: treat emotions as actionable data—perceive, understand, and manage them to improve judgment, relationships, and performance.

Browse the AI reading list to build foundations, then watch the short videos to see the Polyvagal Theory and Emotional Intelligence Hard Ability ideas in action.

Our Weekly AI Learning Circle is designed to provide a safe space to learn about AI whilst practicing these skills together by:

  • stabilizing your nervous system state in a group of different people with different perspectives

  • understanding and applying Emotional Intelligence skills;

  • Learning how we each leverage AI—so change becomes something you can navigate, not fear.

Membership to the group is free until 22 August 2025. After that date, if you are not already a regular attending member of the group you will need a Grand Strategy Emotional Maths Membership to get access to premium content. This cost enables us to create a sustainable way to administrate the group and add value to each individual.

If you’d like one-on-one guidance as you navigate change and adapt your business, join the Emotional Maths™ Membership for hands-on help: MSCEIT2 assessment, monthly one to one EI×AI coaching, and practical tools you can implement right away.
