We are certified MSCEIT Practitioners who specialize in providing emotionally intelligent human centered consulting and coaching solutions to help people create strategies to solve problems and overcome challenges.

We know what it’s like to feel stuck—when processes aren’t clear, expectations keep shifting, and emotions start to get in the way. Without the right foundation, performance suffers, decision-making feels overwhelming, and resilience wears thin. We have seen it all in every industry - from government, corporate, non-for-profit, healthcare and the creative industries.

We are one of the only consultancies working directly with one of the creators of the science based emotional intelligence assessment Dr. David R. Caruso, to teach ‘hard ability’ EI. At Grand Strategy Consulting, we integrate the MSCEIT² model of perceiving, connecting, understanding, and managing emotions into AI learning. Why? Because AI adoption isn’t just about technology, it’s about people. By combining EI with AI, we give learners a dual competitive edge: the technical literacy to navigate automation and the emotional intelligence to lead diverse teams, manage change, and innovate responsibly. This aligns perfectly with many colleges and universities strategies to prepare graduates to not only work with AI but to shape how it’s used.

Our Mission

We want to increase awareness and access to science based hard ability emotional intelligence skills, to equip leaders and people managers with more human centered approaches to performance and process improvement.

We are passionate about helping people navigate change, work better together, build resilience, and solve complex challenges. We know that when processes are strong and emotional intelligence is high, people thrive—and that’s when performance, well-being, and productivity naturally improve.

EI is a proven solution for helping leaders and teams manage emotions, reduce stress, and improve performance, collaboration and decision-making.

Our vision is that the hard ability EI approach to emotional intelligence will be recognized globally as an essential skill - just as critical as English and Math. Our target is to provide access to 2000 assessments and train 432 certified practitioners by 2027.
